TNREGINET encumbrance certificate online has all information on record, transactions etc. about the property. You can get the below information from the encumbrance certificate online.

How to apply Encumbrance certificate 

  • Open the home page of TNREGINET official website.
  • Register yourself with a username & set the password.
  • Sign in on the portal.
  • After signing in, put your cursor on “E-Services” & click on the “Encumbrance certificate”
  • Then click on “Apply Online”
  • Fill up all the details in the application form & click on the “Submit”

  • Open the official website of the Registration Department of the Government of Tamilnadu.
  • Put the cursor on the Registration section and click the User Registration option for citizens.
  • Enter your name and password in respective places.
  • Create a new password and “Confirm Password”.
  • Set a security question from the drop-down list and submit the answer.
  • Put in your personal details like your mobile number, gender, type of proof, district, division, and other information in the respective sections.
  • Then enter your address and Pin Code and click on the “Complete Registration” button.

Patta Chitta service by the Government of Tamilnadu is designed to digitalize the Land records of the state of Tamilnade. The documents are called “Patta Chitta” documents.

Patta Document

Patta document is having the below information:-

  • Owner name.
  • The number of Patta.
  • Survey number and subdivision.
  • District name, taluk, and village.
  • Dimensions or area of the land.
  • Tax details.

  • Then sign in with a username, password.
  • Click on “Create an Application”.
  • On the next page, click on “Create Document”. Then the application form will show up.
  • Enter your details in the application form and click on the “Submit” button.

  • Go to the TNREGINET official website.
  • Put the cursor on the “More” section & then click on “Marriage” on the home page.
  • Then select the marriage type, registration wise or name wise.
  • If you choose registration wise, then enter sub-registrar office, registration number, and year.
  • If you choose name wise, enter husband name, wife name, date of birth, date of registration, and click on the “Search” button and you will get the information on the screen.

TNREGINET – Birth and Death Certificate

  • Go to the TNREGINET official website.
  • Put the cursor on the “More” section & then click on “Birth and Death” on the home page.
  • Then select the option of birth or death.
  • In case you choose the birth option, then enter the certificate number, child name, gender, date of birth, name of the father, and name of the mother.
  • In case you choose the death option, then enter the certificate number, person name, gender, date of death, place of death, name of father/husband and name of the mother, and click “Search” button and you will get the information on the screen.

  • Then enter the zone, district, firm name, DRO name, running no., and year of registration and click on the “Search” button and you will get the information on the screen.

  • Put cursor on “More” section & then click on “Chit Fund” on the home page.
  • Then enter the zone, district, agency, DRO name, sequence, year, the group no, and click on the “Search” button and you will get the information on the screen.
