Patta

A Patta is an authorized document issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu to the real owner of any property. In simple words it can be called a revenue record for any land. Also commonly called “Records of Rights” (ROR). The lease includes the following information: –

  • Patta number.
  • Survey number.
  • Sub Division Number.
