SNEHER Paras App Download
Every citizen of the country knows the crisis arising out due to the corona virus epidemic. Keeping in mind the health and safety of the citizens of the country, the Government of India has put a lock down in the entire country. Lock down were previously planted till 14, April which has since been increased to 3 May.

SHEHER PARAS App Eligibility
Due to the lock down, the citizens of the state are stuck in another state of the country. He will be considered a beneficiary under this scheme. Under this scheme one can get financial help after completing the following eligibility criteria: –
- He should be a citizen of West Bengal
- He is trapped due to another part of the country and is not coming to his state due to public transport and moving from one state to another, he is eligible for this scheme.

- UPIC Number
- Katya Saathi Number
- District Magistrate / Commissioner of KMC is satisfied that the person concerned is actually trapped in another state due to Corona virus and is a permanent resident of the state of West Bengal.
